Room blocks are reserved at the follwoing hotels in Umeå for MIRAI participants which can be added to your registration during the registration process. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included at all hotels.
Please note, pre-booked rooms are not available for booking directly with the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
There is an administrative fee of 240 SEK plus VAT for any changes or cancellations made to hotel reservations before October 12, 2023.
After October 12 you are liable for the full reservation amount.
